Using this website
Content on this site is for general information. We work to keep it accurate but it does not form a contract or professional advice.

Engagements
Client work is governed by a separate statement of work. Where it conflicts with these terms, the statement of work applies.

Fees and ad spend
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Media spend is billed directly by each platform to your own accounts and is never marked up.

Term and cancellation
Retainers run for an initial 90 days, then roll monthly. Either side can cancel with 30 days written notice.

Intellectual property
You own all campaigns, creative and data produced for you once invoices are paid. We may reference results anonymously unless you ask us not to.

Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the previous three months, except where the law does not allow this limit.
